The Solution: A Fully Integrated Environment with Ignition

Our client is currently a major player in the brewing world and is renowned for its original beers sold just about everywhere.

Needs

To accomplish their ambitious goals, our client needed a centralized control system that would allow them to increase their production capacity, visualize their processes, and implement automation to improve operating assistance, consistency of quality, safety procedures, as well as data collection to analyze production over time. The same centralized system would also serve to integrate the company’s various systems, from grain mills to packaging.

Solutions

Our engineering and design team first met with the client to analyze their P&IDs and requirements. We were then able to design the control panels. Our work focused on programming the SCADA and PLC systems to the client’s standards, and, finally, their implementation in the operating environment. Of course, we also provided training for employees on site to ensure the system’s optimal operation and maintenance.
